The Challenge
As part of the Government’s national programme to provide new nursery and multi-purpose community buildings, Coventry City Council and their main contractor (a regular Romec customer) chose us to help them develop a new SureStart centre.
This was a complete brown-field new build and we needed to provide complex and integrated building services.
The Solution
We supported the main contractor by attending all project meetings on their behalf and representing them in front of customers and other professionals.
This position as an informed contractor allowed us to install all essential services in the most appropriate manner.
The Results
"Romec proved to be very competent and cooperative throughout the contract and provided a high standard of installation on both Mechanical and Electrical installations, the on site and off site supervision provided was also of a high standard.”
