Log, Track and Trace
Romec provides subscribed customers with the facility to log event calls via the internet and obtain real time access to call status and event progress reports, through its e-service application.
Our customers can track the progress of live events and view details, including the name of the assigned Romec engineer and target and expected arrival times. In addition, the customer can access reports on any outstanding events and completed jobs, highlighting any associated costs, part codes and customer signatures.
Using the latest mobile data technology, our engineers receive calls and are able to access details of a customer site; ensuring work is carried out swiftly and to specification.
