The Challenge
An Post is the universal mail service provider through Eire (Republic of Ireland), providing postal, communication, retail and money transmission services. They deliver 750m items of mail to over 1.3m business and domestic customers. An Post also has over 4500 post boxes and operate almost 1400 Post Offices. As with any European postal administration An Post has recently faced a range of challenges to their business from increasing competition and new technologies.
The Solution
