Our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) is a NSI Gold accredited centre that provides a 24/7 monitoring service for fire, intruder, vehicles, CCTV and plant. . In addition to our standard and bespoke services, we can also offer a wide range of added value services including remote engineering, crisis purchasing systems and a hostage helpline.
The ARC can also reduce your annual spend on manned guarding, through the use of secure remote connections.
The ARC currently monitors:

We recently upgraded our environmental monitoring system to incorporate an automated response to incoming alarms. This ensures the swiftest remedial action in the event of activation and an exceptional level of service. The automation of this service has supplemented the preceding capabilities of The ARC with 10 Virtual Operators capable of maximum performance without interference. On average, our Virtual Operators resolve 90 of incoming environmental alarms with the remaining 10 handled manually by our Operators.
We provide a wide range of reports via the ARC Web Server. You can choose the content of these reports and specify which information you would like to see included. We will then create and email a customized update at regular pre-specified intervals.
Both Romec's ARC Web Server facilityand standard reports functions can be delivered free of charge, to ensure maximum added value.
