With a single telephone number Romec customers can easily contact the NSC to log requirements.
Our security screened team handle over 380,000 calls a year and can track each call through to completion using leading edge technology.
On the journey you will be shown the Oracle Real-time Scheduler for prioritising and increasing efficiency in time, fuel and carbon management. This is rounded off by showing how our engineers receive the jobs down to their toughbooks, showcasing Romec's true technology enabled performance.
