Where compatible systems are installed, our remote engineering desk can undertake one of the two intruder alarm maintenance visits currently performed by engineers. This guarantees minimum disruption, punctual maintenance, lower servicing costs and less impact on the environment.

Our established 24/7 remote diagnostic capability allows us to identify and rectify Intruder alarm faults, without the need to send an engineer to site. At present, we resolve 50% of calls for customers who have this remote capability. This results in cost savings, improves first time fixes, ensures a quicker response to reported faults and reduces the mileage undertaken by our engineers.
