We plan preventative maintenance routines and respond appropriately to all corrective maintenance requests.
Our Remote Engineering Desk (RED) provides a rapid response to your maintenance call for assistance and investigates any false alarms. Within minutes we are able to connect to your alarm system remotely, using your existing telephone line and investigate the cause of the problem and provide the engineer with remote diagnostic results prior to attending a fault.
At present, we resolve 50% of calls for our customers who have this remote capability. This results in cost savings, improves first time fixes, ensures a quicker response to reported faults and reduces the mileage undertaken by our engineers.
Should we be unable to resolve the problem remotely, our service teams can send your details directly to our fleet of service engineers. Utilising the latest scheduling technology to allows us to assign your maintenance requests to the most suitable engineer - by geographical location, routine planner and by the engineer' skill set, ensuring that the maintenance call can be carried out first time, every time.
Equipped with the latest 'tough book' laptop mobile technology, they can access your previous service records on the move and download individual system specifications. So, they arrive at your premises fully informed.
This two-way technology also enables you to monitor our engineers' progress in real-time and view engineers' notes. It also provides total transparency and allows you to review our performance on a job-by-job basis.
