The Challenge
In 2004, following the acquisition of Safeway, Morrisons reviewed their alarm monitoring processes. It was decided that they needed a company to provide a one-stop solution to their needs; one that could help cut costs and increase efficiency.
The Solution
Morrison’s chose Romec and the entire Morrisons estate was transferred to Romec’s Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) without any interruption. To foster trust through the initial set-up process, we liaised closely with the Head of Retail Security for Morrisons and the ARC, to seamlessly transfer service from the previous supplier.
The Results
The ARC now provides bespoke, daily activity reports, and helps Morrisons pinpoint areas for specific security enhancement. Our commitment to quality has also increased levels of communication, engagement and standards of service.
