Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions provides a complete range of facilities management services to Royal Mail and Parcelforce. We deliver these services across a national network. Our UK wide workforce is fully supported by our National Helpdesk facility which operates 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
Maintains and manages all essential services for Royal Mail. This includes: power, lighting, heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, water and fire and security systems building fabric and Street Furniture. Our National Helpdesk facility protects Royal Mail's assets; using remote diagnostic equipment we monitor their assets and ensure they are working efficiently.
Provides Cleaning and Office Management services which are tailored to Royal Mail's specific needs. We can offer a range of additional bespoke services as and when they are required. Our highly effective teams focus on providing a safe, clean and pleasant working environment.
